My Story: The Good and The Bad…

When I was 23 years old, after finishing college, I had just moved to a new city, and found myself working on another 12h/day job from 7am to 7pm on a construction site in the middle of nowhere

I decided it was time to get out of this lifestyle and take my life into my own hands.

So I began a journey of self discovery that would last for another 10 years.

During this time a switched another 5 jobs and started 3 companies.

During this time I faced serious stress, adversity and dissapointment because I wanted to be an entrepreneur but I took the hard route to success: learning it on my own.

I lost everything and had to move back with my mother wich was a humbling experience and a great gift at the same time.

It made me even more motivated about getting the success I wanted and living the life I was dreaming of.

So I started again and again went through burnout after burnout until finally I found the way. My way of reaching ballance, follow my mission and enjoy life altogether.

The most important lesson I learned during all of this time is the following:

“People have emotional habits.”

Why is this important you might ask ?

Because these emotional habits make stressed people worry excesively although he has no reason to and I would know.

This is what makes angry people get angry even when they have no reason to be this way.

And these same emotional habits make a ballanced person, become more ballanced even though the whole world is crumbling down all around him.

Emotional habits keep people overweight even though they go on diet after diet only to find themselves taking the refrigerator apart in the middle of the night.

Emotional habits keep people from becoming organised, or good leaders and efficient at what they do.

How can emotional habits do all of this things and more?

Emotional habits can do all of this and more because people get used to feeling in a certain way in their life.

They get used to feeling in a certain way about their body, their relationnships, their success, their efficiency, their team, their company.

Have you ever heard people saying “This is not me, I can’t do that! I’m not comfortable doing that…”?

Guess what they are actually saying…

“I have different emotional habits and If I change this, things would not be confrortable for me .. even though on a logical level I would really like to experience that in my life”.

You see this is why understanding emotional habits is so important to do and this is also that same reason why

I am so passionate about creating habits.

Habits are the guaranteed gateway towards lasting happiness and success.

Once you become a master of your emotional habits, you have the world in the palm of your hand and living life becomes an exciting adventure.

What people say about me:

“The discussions I had with Bogdan were beneficial and I recommend them for your well-being.
At the beginning of the sessions I was refractory, but over time I realized that they can make me a better and wiser person.”

Cristian Bulboacă
managing director Condesign , Romania

“I liked the fact that I became aware and remembered again that all causes are based on a personal filter. I also recommend these talks to others because there are things that you can become aware of in these meetings, important things that otherwise you will not notice.”

Daniel Landa
managing partner, Schwarz Gruppe INT Romania

If I had met Bogdan Oltean earlier, if I had opened my eyes and ears to Coaching sooner, I would have probably shortened my detour and thus saving a few good years of my life.
And even if though meeting him happened a little later, I reckon I still gained other years that I would have wasted in fumbling searches.

Camelia Hâncu
theater and movie director
